Studio Rental

The Pender-Keady studios are available for outside rental based on availability. There are three dance studio’s under one roof, each consisting of a professional grade sprung wood floor and covered with Marley dance flooring. All 3 rooms are also fully mirrored and come equip with I-pod compatible sound systems.

PKA studios also have 2 bathrooms, ample waiting area, water fountain, and ample parking.

To rent individual studios, rates are as follows:

• Studio 1 – 1,296 square feet in a 36x36 configuration. Rental fee = $60/ hour
• Studio 2 – 486 square feet in an 18x27 configuration. Rental fee = $40/hour
• Studio 3 – 324 square fee in an 18x18 configuration. Rental fee = $30/hour
• To rent the entire studio is $100/hour for the first 4 hours and $75/hour after 4 hours.
